Vila Roz policies are basic guidelines for guests. We ask that schedules be respected in order to ensure that you have the most pleasant stay at Vila Roz. If you have any inquires or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
General Policies
Minimum age for check in is 18 years.
The villa does not allow pets, however if you have a really nice one, talk to us.
The rates displayed are per person, NOT per room. Vila Roz allows two adults per double-occupancy room and one child less than 7 years of age.
All rates are quoted for double occupancy. Exceptions are possible depending on availability.
Check-in and check-out
Check in from 15:00, and check out is 12:00 (noon).
Meal time
· Breakfast 07:00 – 09:00
· Lunch 12:00 – 14:00
· Dinner 17:00 – 19:00
Children
Children under 7 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep with their parents. If children (7 years old) require their own bed, Vila Roz will apply the same rates as for adults.
Children under 7 years of age eat free of charge. For children aged 7 to 12 years parents will pay only 50% for meals.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
